Assistant Manager | Balmoral Hotel
We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Balmoral Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.
Sitting on the Albany Highway is local favourite, The Balmoral Hotel. Just a short drive from McCallum Park and the Swan River, we're the gateway to Perth's central business district and inner city suburbs.
Guests can catch up for a meal with their family and friends in our Bistro, or, have their pick of one of our three bars with a huge selection of beer, wine and spirits. Our menu pays homage to our local suppliers, with fresh ingredients and modern takes on favourite pub classics.
Our guests can relax and settle in at The Balmoral, whether they're catching up for dinner, having a drink with their mates while watching the game or seeing the live tunes we've got on in the beer garden, we have something for everyone.
The Salary: $76,600 + superannuation + bonus
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- You’ve been around the bar or bistro block, and maybe already done some supervising
- You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- You’ve got a current RSA and Approved Manager card as per WA state requirements
