Nestled in the heart of Victoria Park, Focus Networks provides IT support to mid-size organisations throughout Perth and regional WA. Focus Networks has a long-standing reputation within the IT industry as a leader in its field. Currently with 20 staff, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for an additional Senior Support Officer to join the Focus Networks team and help kick our client’s IT goals.

About the role:

You will be assisting the technical team to update and close remote and onsite helpdesk tickets. With your strong Microsoft skill set you will help to complete project work as set by the Project Coordinator.

You will be:

More than the average Senior Support Officer by bringing a tech-savvy flair and IT interest, along with previous experience working for another MSP. Please note that this is a Level 2 technical support role.

What you will be doing…

Resolving technical issues.

Completing project work.

Aligning with security frameworks.

Liaising with suppliers/clients/staff.

Other ad-hoc technical tasks in this space.
