About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team on a casual basis, supporting us through our peak season and beyond.

This is a diverse and hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves helping people, solving problems, and building lasting relationships with salon (B2B) and retail (B2C) clients.

Full-time availability is required from 24th December to 16th January to support during leave cover and our busy peak period.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, and social media messages

Provide exceptional product advice and tailored solutions to both salon and retail customers

Deliver after-sales care and general support with professionalism and warmth

Support in the Warehouse when needed, accurately pick and pack customer orders, receiving stock and stocktaking.

Represent the Jadore brand with confidence, care, and product knowledge

About You

This casual role has the potential to transition into a full-time Warehouse Leader position from February 2026

Additional Details

This is an in-office role based in Burleigh Heads

Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30am – 4:30pm. 25 hours per week with opportunity to increase during peak trade
