The position is either Full-time or Casual (20-30 hrs)

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

At least 2 years experience working in a fast paced restaurant environment.

Experienced and competent with grill, pans and ladder.

Larder/cold prep experience is required.

Function experience will be highly regarded.

Ability to hold down your own section unsupervised.

Good availability is required, with casual applicants expected to be available on the weekends.

Looking for applicants to be ready to commence work as soon as possible.

Australian work rights are required.
