Quality & Education Manager

The Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality & Education Officers & Registered Nurses
• Develop structured education plans and implement a comprehensive, full-year training program
• Provide on-site leadership in Quality and Compliance
• Support Continuous Improvement activities across the service
• Ensure adherence to existing quality policies and procedures

The Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
• Proven experience in a Quality & Education Manager role, preferably in aged care or a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Desirable
• Strong background in designing and delivering staff education and training programs
