Our client is seeking two Operations Technicians to join their high-performing B2B loans team here in Wollongong. You will have to opportunity to join a very experience operations team who have all overseen hundreds of millions dollars of book growth.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Execute Daily Operating Tasks to ensure accurate management of Loans in the Loan Management System
• As part of a team, you will processing/purchasing up to 300 new Loans per Day and using a detailed matrix system and procedure to vet, validate and submit loans for funding
• Issue pre-approvals for future loans to help manufacturers plan capital deliveries daily
• Meet key Daily and Monthly Deadlines
• Communicate direct with Sales team, finance team and off course - direct with customers

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or Minimum 3 Years Finance Operations Experience (Required)
• Experience in Financial Services Business and Lending Business (Preferred)
• Experience in processing new loans and loan settlements (Preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in discipline to detailed procedures and ability to meet hard deadlines (Preferred)

Essential Attributes:

• Ability to understand complex transactions in multiple systems and accurately process them
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
• Discipline to stick to procedures and believe in discipline and controllership as the back-bone of good loan management
• Learn new systems and processes quickly, identify controllership risk, solve to route cause.
• Work to due dates and achieve deadlines.

Salary and Compensation:

The role is budget for between $50000 and $80000 depending on experience with candidates who have completed studies with no experience on the low end and candidates who tick all the boxes on the high end.
