About the Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our team. All qualificatinons considered though Diploma is preferred. You will support educators in delivering engaging activities; ensuring the well-being of children; and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing educational and play-based activities

Supervise and support children in daily routines

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Follow childcare regulations and center policies

Provide care and education for children aged 0-5 years

Requirements:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to obtain)

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Passion for working with children and supporting their development

Strong communication and teamwork skills
