About the role

Our Garage Door Technicians play a crucial part in the installation of high quality garage doors across the Sydney region and beyond.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Safely and accurately install a variety of garage door types and models

Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice

Troubleshoot and problem-solve any installation issues that may arise

Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the installation process

Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures

Ensure all work is completed to industry regulations and safety standards

About You

We are looking for a multi-skilled, hands-on tradie with experience in garage doors, construction or related trades. You value safety, do what you say you’ll do, communicate clearly and you’re happy to educate customers so they understand the work.

Along with your strong work ethic, you'll be/have:

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation

A passion for delivering exceptional service and contributing to the growth of the business

Working at heights and WHS understanding preferred

Able to work under pressure, follow instructions and show initiative

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Don’t have garage door experience but are willing to learn?

We’ll consider training for candidates that meet all the other requirements and have strong transferable skills (trades, fitting or mechanical work)
