🌿 Field Crew – Open Space Maintenance | Immediate Start | Multiple Roles

We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Client’s Open Space maintenance teams for short-term assignments across multiple locations in the Ipswich region. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and are ready to start immediately (pending medical), this is your chance to get involved.

These are short-term roles (initial 6-week engagement), but high-performing candidates may be considered for future opportunities through our labour hire arrangements with other host companies.

🔧 Field Worker (Open Space) – 4 Positions

Full-time hours: 6:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Locations: Various depot sites

Competitive hourly rate of $43.04

Duties include:

· Mowing and brush cutting

· Litter collection

· Backpack blower operation

· General open space maintenance

🌱 Leading Hand (Open Space) – 6 Positions

Full-time hours: 6:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Locations: Various depot sites

Competitive hourly rate of $45.82

Duties include:

· Weed control and mowing

· Litter collection

· Brush cutting and blower use

· Leading small teams and coordinating daily tasks

✅ Mandatory Requirements (All Roles)

C Class Driver Licence

General Safety Induction (Construction Industry White Card)

FIT Test – must be tested to an approved mask

Pre-employment medical and criminal history check

Leading Hand roles also require:

Current QLD A.C.D.C Licence

Desirable (All Roles):

MR Licence

Q Fever vaccination
