Your Role:

Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the QKLG

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community

Lead and mentor your team to deliver top-notch care and education

Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

Observe, document, and support each child’s unique development journey

What You’ll Need:

Fully Qualified (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Solid understanding of QKLG and NQS

Current First Aid & CPR certificates

Blue Card / WWCC

Current Child Safety Training

A love for learning and a heart for children

Great communication and leadership skills
