  • Join a team delivering high-impact, complex commercial projects across Government which deliver investment and economic growth
  • Use your strong project experience, problem-solving skills and analytical ability to help deliver transformative outcomes for the state
  • Multiple Ongoing, Clerk Grade 7/8 ($113,574 - $125,720) role based in Martin Place, Sydney CBD (3 office days per week).

The role supports complex commercial projects (whether solicited by Government or unsolicited), business cases, and bids across Government, including major city shaping, property and precinct development transactions across housing, education, health, transport, energy, the visitor economy, creative and culture sectors.

About the Role

You will utilise your strategic thinking to facilitate diverse perspectives, manage complexity and influence others to understand new approaches and practices.

We are recruiting for three Associate roles, with the specific focus depending on the project(s) assigned. You will support the delivery of initiatives where the private sector brings forward innovative ideas, infrastructure and services for government consideration. These initiatives provide opportunities for collaboration between the NSW Government and industry to deliver transformative outcomes for the state.

In this role, you'll apply strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills to evaluate opportunities, prepare advice, and contribute to commercial negotiations. You'll work collaboratively with team members across Investment NSW and other government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects and investment outcomes.
