Pay Range: $31 – $46 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)

We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic educators to join our supportive and growing team. If you’re experienced in early childhood education and meet the following criteria, this could be the perfect opportunity for you:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Previous experience in an early childhood setting

Current First Aid Certificate

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Reliability, trustworthiness, and integrity

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A positive and enthusiastic attitude

Your Responsibilities

Nurture and guide children through educational and daily activities

Ensure compliance with all early childhood education regulations

Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with families

Contribute to a sense of connection between families, educators, and the wider community

Uphold Child Safe Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework

Maintain appropriate educator-to-child ratios
