About the role:

Operating within Technical Services, the Technical Services Lead, Science & Anatomy is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality technical support across science and anatomy teaching facilities. Duties include:

the effective preparation, maintenance, and compliance of science laboratories, equipment, and materials to support academic programs

overseeing the day-to-day operations of the anatomy facility in Brisbane and manages cadaveric material in accordance with legislation

supervising technical staff to ensure consistent and safe service delivery, and

ensuring adherence to relevant safety standards, accreditation requirements, and university policies, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
