We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our growing team, specialising in Podicure (Medi-Pedi) and Modicure (Medi-Mani) treatments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both the beauty and wellness aspects of hand and foot care. Work along side Medical Expertise and complex referrals supervised.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality nail and foot care services in a professional, hygienic, and client-focused environment. Our Medi-pedi and Medi-mani services focus on both aesthetic and therapeutic outcomes, catering to clients seeking premium, health-conscious treatments.

Responsibilities

Perform professional Medi-pedi and Medi-mani treatments with a focus on both beauty and wellness

Conduct detailed client consultations and recommend suitable treatments

Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilisation, and infection control

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

Maintain treatment areas and equipment in pristine condition

Upsell services and products where appropriate

Reception skills in the general practice

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nail Technician (salon, spa, or clinic environment)

Strong knowledge of nail and skin health, including common foot and hand conditions

Exceptional attention to detail and hygiene practices

Certificate or qualification in Nail Technology (or equivalent)

Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Availability to work flexibly across St Leonards and Hornsby locations

Preferred

Experience with medical-grade or podiatry-aligned nail care

Knowledge of infection control protocols (Autoclave, single-use instruments, etc.)

Interest or experience in holistic or wellness-focused beauty services
