About the Role:
As a Lash Technician at Lash Blossom, you will be responsible for providing a variety of eyelash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume) with precision, care, and attention to detail. You’ll also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our loyal clientele and contribute to our salon’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply lash extensions safely and accurately, maintaining the highest hygiene standards

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised experiences for every client

Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a welcoming salon environment

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Lash Technician (Classic, Hybrid & Volume)

A strong portfolio showcasing your work and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for the beauty industry

Certificate or training in lash application (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)

Your duties will be:

Taking inbound phone calls and messages and reply emails.

Confirm client appointments and manage booking.

Answer general client queries and handle complaint.

Be the first point of contact for all clients.

Be the first contact to meet and greet clients face to face
