The Opportunity

Mike Carney Toyota are searching for experienced Accessory Fitters with an immediate start. Having an Auto Electrical background would be an advantage in this position.

We are looking for a motivated individuals, who are looking to move to a brilliant company, with state-of-the-art facilities and workshop. You will have a strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.

The focus of the Accessory Fitter is to ensure the fitment of accessories to new and used vehicles is performed correctly and efficiently.

Key Job Functions

The accessory fitter carries out a range of duties relating to the fitment of accessories, including.

Carry out all service and fitment orders

Contribute to total customer satisfaction by proper and timely fitment of accessories on new and used vehicles

Complete all fitments within the allocated timeframe

Maintain a clean and orderly service shop through the 5S principles

Maintain an adequate inventory of tools to meet the fitment requirements

Transcribe a clear and accurate account of all work completed onto the Repair Order

Required Skills

Minimum basic knowledge of vehicle mechanisms and systems

Current and valid driver’s license, Manual licence preferred

Good communication skills

Good organisational skills

Basic computer knowledge

Desirable Skills

Previous accessories fitment experience

Qualification in an automotive field

Cert 3 in the Automotive field
