About the Role: Ozzy Tyres is seeking individuals with a mechanical background and genuine industry interest, ready to make a career leap with the leaders in the wheel industry. As a fitters, alignment specialists and 4x4 Accessories Fitter and Suspension Installers, you will be responsible for:

tyre fitting

wheel alignment

Installing 4x4 lift kits, lowered springs and accessories

Diagnosing and repairing steering and suspension components

Installing Bull Bars

Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment

What You Will Need: We are looking for candidates with:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive, mechanical, suspension, accessories installation or similar industry

Tyre fitting and wheel aligning experience (preferred but not essential)

Current manual driver’s license (Essential)

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work unsupervised

Honesty and integrity

A cheerful "Can do" attitude

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving ability

Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S practices

Genuine interest in the industry

Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
