Wanted: Strategically minded geospatial professional who excels at building relationships!

· This is a Permanent Full-Time position.

About the team/business unit

The Data Collaboration branch enables the sharing of location information across government, industry and various stakeholder groups. The branch leads a range of programs, committees and platforms (such as SLIP and Data WA) which underpin how WA's location information is shared, accessed, and used by government, industry and the wider community.

About the role

You will also play a key role in shaping the direction of the State’s Open Data Policy.

You will also align the maintenance program for SLIP with Spatial WA, which is planned to replace SLIP.

The Spatial WA program is designed to deliver a whole of government Advanced Spatial Digital Twin for the State. It will enable agencies to access, share and use spatial and non-spatial data with advanced capabilities for visualisation, analytics, predictive modelling, and digital workflows, to improve collaboration and decision making across government.
