Vehicle Surveyors / Drivers – Automotive Industry

Location: Port-based sites | Hours: Monday to Friday | Type: Temp to Perm Opportunities

Are you passionate about cars and enjoy working outdoors? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive logistics company for multiple positions in vehicle processing and movement on the wharf and compound.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in the arrival process of new vehicles — ensuring accuracy, care, and safety at every stage. Duties include:

Surveying vehicles as they’re unloaded from vessels onto the docks

Recording and maintaining accurate vehicle data and inspection details

Driving and relocating vehicles from the wharf to compound areas

Operating a variety of vehicle makes and models safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Valid C Class (manual) driver’s licence – essential

MSIC card – highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow processes precisely

Comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles daily
