As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible coordinating assessment and residential plans for assigned children and young people, supervising Residential Care Workers in all matters impacting on the therapeutic care of children and young people, providing a high standard of therapeutic care consistent with the program objectives, and completing administrative duties including recording, computer data entry and preparation of reports.

Based on eligibility, and location, you could receive:
- District allowances:
- Roebourne/Port Hedland - district allowance of $9,299 without dependants, or $18,598 with dependants.
- Broome - $8,361 pa without dependants, $16,722 pa with dependants.
- Kununurra - $7,436 pa without dependants, $14,872 pa with dependants
- Fixed term and permanent employees receive 17.5% annual leave loading.
- Annual Leave travel concessions (Annual return flight to Perth for you and your dependants after 12 months of continuous service)
- Salary packaging remote benefits
- Subsidised electricity* depending on region and eligibility.
- 5 weeks annual leave (includes 1 week of shift work allowance), and 1 week North West Leave.
- 10 days for public holidays
- Three days public service holidays per annum
