About The Opportunity

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of strata properties. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Handling enquiries from owners of corporations
• Performing general administration and reception duties
• Issuing notices, agendas, and organising meetings

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• A proactive approach to customer service and problem solving
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
