Minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience desired
Be able to carry 3 plates
Be able to have up to 20pax sections
Intermediate food and wine knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Host Supervisor:

Minimum 1 years supervisor / management experience
Delegation skills
Intermediate to advanced food and wine knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with booking software (Now Book It - is a plus)

Positive attitude and willing to learn
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience

Cocktail Bartender:

Minimum 2 years as a bartender
Cocktail making experience required
Basic food and wine knowledge
Excellent attention to detail
