About the role

Foundations for life Early Learning is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma qualification to join our passionate and dedicated team in Millner, Northern Territory. This role will see you play a vital part in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observe and document children's development, and use this information to inform your programming

Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families

Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment

Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve our educational program

Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Educator

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire young minds

Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

A valid Working with Children Check
