We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Vac Truck Operators for an ongoing project based in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You'll be joining a supportive team with consistent hours and the opportunity for long-term opportunities.

What you need

• White Card. (essential)
• Confined Spaces ticket. (essential)
• Working at Heights ticket. (essential)
• HR Licence. (essential)
• Vacuum truck operating experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical if required.
• Reliable transport to and from site.
• Availability for full-time hours with overtime flexibility.

What you will be doing

• Operate vacuum trucks safely across civil, construction, and industrial sites.
• Perform drainage, excavation, and pipelining support using vac truck equipment.
• Carry out confined space entry and safe work at heights
• Assist with high-pressure water blasting and hydro excavation works.
• Follow site safety procedures, hazard identification, and risk controls at all times.
• Provide labouring support when not operating machinery to keep projects moving.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and waste management guidelines.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, operators, and clients.
