AAA is seeking an experienced Vacuum Truck and Machine Operator to join our team. You'll work across various projects including vacuum waste management, water blasting and general machine operations.

✔ Previous vac truck and machinery experience.

✔ Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic.

✔ Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with unrestricted work rights.

What You'll Be Doing:

Hit the Road with Purpose

Drive heavy rigid vacuum trucks across Brisbane, visiting diverse industrial sites

Operate state-of-the-art vacuum equipment for everything from industrial cleaning to non-destructive digging

Handle specialized tasks like sludge removal, pit and drain cleaning and environmental clean-ups

Make a Real Impact

Work on large-scale remediation projects and emergency clean-up responses

Operate in challenging environments including confined spaces and elevated platforms

Support major industrial maintenance programs for tier-one clients

Stay Hands-On

Perform high-pressure water blasting and surface preparation

Undertake general machine operations (Excavator, Bobcat, Posi etc)

Maintain equipment to the highest standards

Complete essential documentation and compliance records
