The Role

We’re looking for a Car Buyer to join our Sydney-based team. This is an office-based, phone-driven role — no cold calling, no chasing. You’ll be speaking with customers who’ve already expressed interest in selling their cars, building rapport, and finalising purchases.

You’ll be supported by a friendly, energetic team that works fast, laughs often, and celebrates success together.

What You’ll Do

Speak with warm leads daily to buy vehicles directly from private sellers

Build relationships and guide customers through our simple process

Use our tech systems to manage leads and deals efficiently

Work closely with our admin, inspection and logistics teams

What We’re Looking For

Motivated, positive, and confident communicator

Tech-savvy with solid computer skills

Some knowledge of cars or automotive interest (experience ideal but not essential)

Bi-lingual a plus (Mandarin, Cantonese or similar)

Professional phone manner and a great attitude
