We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Ground Person to join our EMOS team at our Wagga Wagga site. Play a key role in maintaining the presentation and functionality of Defence estate grounds that support essential Defence capability. Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes across mowing, brush cutting, edging, pruning, and pest and disease control.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• General gardening duties such as mowing, brush cutting, edging, and pruning
• Weed, pest, and disease control
• Ensuring safe and tidy presentation of all outdoor areas
• Supporting the team to achieve service delivery requirements

About You

• Experience in grounds maintenance or similar preferred
• Suitability for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
• Current Driver's Licence
