About the role

This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, offering genuine ownership and the chance to shape the FP&A function from the ground up. The business is scaling rapidly, with revenues growing and further expansion planned through both organic growth and strategic M&A.

You’ll play a key role in driving process improvement, implementing new systems, and developing analytical tools to support commercial decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and enhance financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• Drive process improvement and system implementation initiatives
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial insights and scenario planning
• Support strategic projects, including M&A and transformation activities
• Build scalable reporting and analytical frameworks to guide business performance

About you:

You're either a passionate FP&A / Finance Analyst with exposure to system implementation or improvement who is looking to progress their career, where your insights directly shape business performance.

• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Proven FP&A experience with strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Skilled in systems, automation, and process improvement
• Confident working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders
• Experience in both professional services and industry environments
