This is an excellent opportunity that would suit a newly-qualified accountant from an Audit/Business Services background or from a Graduate program who is looking for their next opportunity.

This is a unique and exciting role as it provides exposure and the opportunity to get involved across commercial aspects of the business in a real value-add capacity, with room to grow and develop as well.

- Work alongside cross-functional finance teams and key back-office functions to provide financial expertise and actionable insights.
- Build strong relationships across the business, offering independent financial perspectives that challenge norms and drive more intelligent decisions.
- Unlock value and enhance performance through in-depth analysis, forward-thinking insights, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understand needs, and proactively communicate to support business performance.
- Monthly, quarterly forecasting and budgeting on costs including IT, Projects and Transformation Finance as well as Corporate Services (Legal, HR, Finance)
- Support FP&A and finance strategic projects, aligning with organisational goals.
- Maintain data integrity and provide variance analysis with monthly results commentary

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, with great attention to detail.
- Technology-savvy and comfortable managing and manipulating significant data sources.
