About the Role:

We seek a full-time Branch Co-Ordinator to join our team at our Brisbane office located in Darra QLD 4076.

The position will be a varied role that will support our branch operations with a mix of administration tasks as well as assisting the Sales, Service, and Parts departments.

Tasks Include:

Processing Internal Sales orders (ISO) for the sales department, verify customer and payment details, Invoicing.

Ordering of Attachments and options sold with machinery as per the sales order.

Raising purchase orders for external suppliers and deliveries.

Maintain and update customer database, CRM, sales records, and transaction histories with accuracy.

Answering phone enquiries and coordinating with other departments.

Reporting and Inventory control, including inbound/outbound machine deliveries.

Ordering of Office supplies and Merchandise.

Supporting Parts and Service with administration from time to time.

What we are looking for:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and competent in working as part of a team and with customer service experience.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
