About the Role
Workfast is seeking hands-on Precast Production Workers to join our teams at precast concrete facilities in Waterloo Corner and Superway Yard. You'll be involved in producing tunnel segments and other precast components for a major infrastructure project.

This is a practical, active role—perfect for people who enjoy operating machinery, handling materials, and seeing real results every day.

What You'll Do

• Prepare moulds and pour concrete for precast components.
• Operate and monitor precast production machinery safely.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Assist with moving materials and general site duties.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Shifts & Hours

• 12 hour shifts
• Night roster: 7 days on / 3 days off.
• Day roster: 7 days on / 4 days off.

Pay

• Day rate ordinary: $38 p/hr + pens + super
• Gross average earnings based on 12-hours shifts Monday to Sunday
• Day Shifts: $4,394.38 Approx
• Night Shifts: $4,956.78 Approx

Requirements

• White Card
• Current driver's license and reliable transport
• Previous experience in precast concrete, manufacturing, or construction preferred
• Ability to safely operate machinery such as forklifts or cranes (tickets/licenses a bonus)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-focused attitude
