Our client, a leading timber solutions provider based in Direk, is on the lookout for motivated Pallet Repairers to join their growing operation. With stable weekday shifts and strong pay rates, this is a fantastic opportunity for hands-on workers who enjoy practical, physical work in a team-based environment.

Shifts Available (Monday - Friday):

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $36 - $37 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $40 - $41 per hour

The Role
In this role, you'll work with automated repair tables and hand tools to restore and maintain wooden pallets used across national supply chains. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active, and contributing to a reliable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and rebuild pallets using a hammer, lever bar, nail gun and grinder
• Perform manual handling tasks (up to 10kg) safely and efficiently
• Use basic computer systems to record completed work
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

About You

• Confident using a range of hand tools (nail gun, grinder, lever bar etc.)
• Hold a current driver's licence and have your own reliable transport
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable
• Can successfully pass a drug & alcohol test and pre-employment medical
• Proven attendance and strong work ethic
