We are searching for a OOSH Team Leader (Responsible Person) to lead our amazing Out of School Hours Care team at Intereach in Barham. This will be a casual job share position.

As Out of School Hours (OOSH) Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at the Service, ensuring the delivery of quality care, leading the team, ensuring compliance and building and maintaining strong relationships with the children, families, and colleagues

The successful applicant will have well-developed leadership skills, computer skills and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management and organisation skills, have an enthusiastic & engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships. This position has been classified under the Children Services Award as Level 4.1 with an hourly rate of $33.12 (can be negotiated depending on qualification) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
