We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as an Apprentice Motor Trimmer. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a unique and in-demand trade from experienced professionals in a supportive workshop environment.

About the Role:

As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside skilled motor trimmers to learn how to repair, restore, and customise vehicle interiors including seats, carpets, door panels, and headliners. You'll be trained both on the job and through formal study.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the removal, repair, and fitting of vehicle upholstery

Learning how to use hand tools, sewing machines, and trimming equipment

Preparing materials including vinyl, and fabric

Reading and creating patterns and templates

Working on a variety of vehicles – from modern to custom builds

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in cars, interiors, and craftsmanship

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude

Commitment to completing a 3-4 year apprenticeship

No experience necessary – just the right attitude!
