We are seeking an experienced SAP TMS Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team supporting and enhancing a large-scale S/4HANA landscape. This role will focus on delivering internal SAP Transport Management (TMS) projects, enhancements, and support within a complex logistics and supply chain environment.

About the Role

As an SAP TMS Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring system stability, driving continuous improvement, and delivering innovative transport management solutions. You will work across business and IT teams, designing, configuring, and supporting SAP TMS, while integrating with related modules such as SD, MM, and EWM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and resolve SAP incidents and service requests.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP TMS solutions within an S/4HANA environment.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Deliver configuration changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage EDI mapping between SAP and external business applications (e.g., customers and carriers).
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end process and system improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations through financial and operational data analysis.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP TMS within a support and project environment.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and integration with SD, MM, and EWM.
• Proven configuration and business process design experience.
• Solid understanding of warehousing and logistics operations.
• Experience with EDI mapping, data migration, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.
