We are seeking an experienced Patching Crew Members to join the team in Rydalmere, NSW.

About the Role:
Ongoing role with roating shifts: 2x weeks of Day Shifts 5am-1pm, 1x week of Night Shifts 7pm-3am, 2 x 12 hrs Shifts every 3rd week for incident response.
In this role, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the road network — ensuring safe, reliable travel for the public.
Your responsibilities will include:

• General road maintenance and repair works
• Completing hand patching & edge breaks
• Vegetation control and graffiti removal
• Sign installation and replacement
• Concrete and drainage works
• Incident and emergency response
• Operating trucks and mobile plant equipment

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• A hard working attitude
• Hand raking experience.
• Bobcat & Roller experience.
• General hand tool experience
• Mobile plant experience would be beneficial
• An interest in working outdoors, in all weather conditions.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications:

• Construction White Card.
• HC or HR Drivers Licence.
• Patching Experience.
• Experience with working on roads.
