About the role

Protective Plastics' is seeking a motivated and reliable casual factory process worker to join our manufacturing facility in Marcoola, Queensland. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the assembly and processing of our high-quality plastic products.

What you'll be doing

Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing

Performing quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Providing support to the production team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Forklift license an advantage

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately

Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to handle changing priorities

Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

Commitment to working safely and upholding quality standards
