🥕 Fresh Produce Processing Worker

📍 Brisbane, Darra, QLD | Casual Position | $32–$35/hour (based on experience)

We are a dynamic fresh produce processing business, supplying high-quality fruit and vegetables to food service providers across the region. Our newly established Brisbane facility is fast-paced, energetic, and committed to delivering freshness and quality in every pack.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated Process Workers to join our team at our warehouse in Darra. The role has the potential to develop into permanent full-time.

👷‍♀️ About the Role

This casual role offers flexible shifts, with options for:

Early Morning Shift: 6:00am start

Day Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Process fresh produce safely and efficiently

Sort and inspect produce for quality and consistency

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Perform basic food handling tasks in line with GMP and food safety standards

Communicate with Team Leaders/Supervisors regarding any product or process concerns

Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

🔪 Skills & Requirements

Strong knife skills and attention to detail

Good understanding of food safety

Sound communication skills

Experience in food handling or produce processing (preferred)

Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

High level of personal presentation and hygiene

Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately
