Bondi Pizza, one of Sydney's most innovative and exciting casual restaurant concepts currently has three locations across Sydney; Parramatta & Macquarie with plans to expand further.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Parramatta location. The successful applicant will work alongside a team of professionals committed to the casual dining experience.

Job Description:

Leading front of house team

Running shifts: managing staff (guiding and briefing staff), handling complaints, ensuring all customers leave happy

Closing and opening the restaurant

Management of wages during shift

Ensure food quality is to company standards

Cleanliness of the restaurant

Cash handling

Allocating bookings to guest requests

Recruiting and training waiters, bartenders, and runners

Rostering appropriate staff levels in accordance with sales projections

Planning and Organising Functions

Bar management: stocktake and ordering

Ensure WHS policies are followed

Ensure food safety policies are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent customer service skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Fluent English

Intermediate Excel skills

Flexible availability -able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

A valid RSA

3+ years of experience in hospitality
