About the Role

You’ll be working on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects across Sydney and NSW.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Installation, maintenance, and servicing of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems

Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs

Supervising and mentoring apprentices or junior technicians

Communicating with project managers and clients on site

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard

Taking responsibility for your projects and representing the company professionally

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A qualified and licensed HVAC Mechanic / Refrigeration Technician (Arctic licence required), minimum Cert IV in Air-conditioning and refrigeration

Experienced in residential and commercial systems (split, ducted, VRV/VRF, etc.)

Responsible and self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team

Trustworthy and professional, with a focus on quality workmanship

Holds a current NSW driver’s licence

Miinimum Has a Construction White Card

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to take ownership and show initiative on site
