We are looking for people who are experienced working with children and young people, and passionate about making a difference in their lives. This role supports young people living in out of home care (kinship care, foster care etc) either in the home, in the community or providing transport to and from school, daycare etc. This is a crucial part of supporting successful placements to ensure young people and children are able to receive a consistent and high level of care.

What we are looking for:

Demonstrated experience working with young people, experience safely transporting young people in out of home care is highly desirable

The ability to be reliable, flexible and work transport shifts during the day (including school drop offs and pick-ups)

Experienced and caring applicants who can engage well with young people and have:

A full current Victorian driver's licence with no restrictions

Minimum Cert III community services qualification

A current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check

A current First Aid Certificate HLTAID003 (within the past 3 years)

A current CPR Certificate HLTAID001 (within 1 year)

A roadworthy, reliable, safe and clean vehicle

Comprehensive vehicle insurance

A clear national Police Check completed within the last 12 months

Access to forward and rear facing car seats
