PART TIME/CASUAL SUPERVISORS FOR BUSY DRIVE THRU RESTAURANT

We are on the hunt for Part Time Supervisors to join our Zam Launceston Drive Thru restaurant.

What you’ll do

Lead by example by setting high standards in customer experience, the workplace culture and the financial results.

Train, develop and drive the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.

Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.

Be passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant

We’d love for you to join us if you’ve got what we need:

Previous atleast 1 year of working in a Drive Thru QSR space, either as a Shift Manager/Second Assistant using automated inventory systems, rostering systems.

Flair to build a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, and making Zambrero Launceston an enjoyable place to work

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, computer literacy

Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times, bringing your team up to the professional standards

Ability to multi – task and adapt to changes and thinking on the go.

Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment, along with hitting daily sales targets, service level standards and relevant KPIs
