What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in construction, site work, or general labouring

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work well in a team and follow directions

Own car and licence preferred (some sites not easily accessible by public transport)

White Card (Construction Induction) – essential

PPE gear (steel-capped boots, hi-vis, etc.)

Experience with hand tool use

Strong safety culture experience
