Wills & Estates Lawyer | 5+ PAE | Melbourne

Join a well-established mid tier commercial law firm with a strong private client practice. This Melbourne-based team is known for its technical strength, practical advice, and long-standing client relationships.

The Role

You'll work closely with an Accredited Specialist and junior lawyers on:

- Estate planning (wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney)

- Probate and estate administration

- Estate litigation, including Part IV claims and trust disputes

- VCAT matters involving guardianship and administration

You

- 5+ years' PAE in Wills & Estates

- Confident handling both planning and disputes

- Strong drafting, client management, and file autonomy

- Accredited Specialist or working towards it (nice, but not essential)
