Role Title: ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) Training Specialist
Duration: 3-6 months

Day Rate: $800 per day

About Your New Role

Reporting to the Head of Technology you will be workingt as an ERP enablement specialist to own, design and deliver the end-to-end user adoption programs for the business enterprise systems. This is in preparation for the ERP implementation in the coming months. We need someone who can build confidence across the team and build trust to ensure they will be supported. You will lead training efforts and provide hands-on support during and after launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Functional Modules: Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM)
• Develop and customise training materials for diverse audiences - knowledge in Dynamics ERP is essential
• Conduct and deliver dynamic group workshops and one-on-one sessions starting
• Ongoing user enablement and support
• Process Mapping & Documentation
• Playbook & Scenario-Based Learning Design
• Lead workshops and post-launch sessions tailored to end-user roles.
• Maintain training documentation and guides

About You

• You will be skilled in translating complex business workflows into intuitive learning experiences.
• You will be confident to support go-live success and transformation through the user capability.
• You will have experience in designing tailored training, conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching, provide live support, and embed user adoption strategies.
• A background in Instructional design
• ERP training delivery - specifically Microsoft Business Central
• Superb communicator. Someone who can instill trust and confidence

• Playcards & scenario-based learning
• Patience and empathy in guiding users through change.
• Adaptability to different learning styles and levels.
• Confidence in public speaking and facilitation
