We’re now seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team and help us maintain the exceptional service and operational excellence our customers have come to expect.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the daily operations of our Dandenong South warehouse. You’ll lead a team, ensuring that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched with precision and care. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our standards of efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the flow of goods from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment

Allocating labour and delegating tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Maintaining stock accuracy through regular monitoring and investigations into discrepancies

Coordinating deliveries with transport partners to ensure on-time, complete shipments

Implementing process improvements to increase productivity and warehouse performance

Overseeing equipment maintenance and ensuring safe work practices at all times

Maintaining a clean, well-organised warehouse that reflects our company standards

About You

You are an organised, motivated, and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in your team’s success, lead by example, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in warehousing or logistics operations

A current Forklift Licence (LF & LO) with Reach Truck experience

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate your team

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

Experience using warehouse management systems

A valid driver’s licence

The ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
