Experienced Landscaper – South East Melbourne and Norther Suburbs

We’re recruiting for people experienced in hard and soft landscape projects, along with landscape maintenance for projects in Melbourne’s South East and Northern suburbs. The majority of roles will be on new landscape construction but they do have some completed projects where they retain the maintenance program.

What You'll Do

• Work with small teams on diverse residential and commercial landscaping projects across Melbourne
• Construct retaining walls, stone features, decking, paving, and concrete work
• Install irrigation systems, turf, and garden beds with attention to landscape aesthetics
• Read and interpret landscape plans while coordinating materials and site logistics
• Operate landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
• Keep work sites clean, safe, and presentable throughout project completion

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (Qualified Landscaper preferred)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Valid White Card
• Strong physical fitness for manual labour in various weather conditions
• Previous landscaping or construction experience
• Own PPE (safety boots, hi-vis clothing, gloves)

Highly Desirable

• HR truck licence (manual) or willingness to obtain
• Excavator, Bobcat, or Forklift tickets
• Working with Children's check
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape materials
