About the Role
We’re seeking experienced and reliable Bar Staff to join our front-of-house team. The successful applicants will be confident in all aspects of bar service and capable of opening and closing the venue independently. You’ll provide friendly, professional service and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails

Open and close the bar, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures

Deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment

Maintain a clean and organised bar area

Monitor stock levels and restock as required

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

About You

Previous bar experience essential, ideally in a pub, bar, or café setting

Confident making espresso coffee and a range of cocktails

Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service (current RSA required)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, well-presented, and a team player

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
