About the role

Hoist Right is seeking a full-time Service Technician (Electrician) to join our expanding team in Bunbury, WA 6230. This is an exciting opportunity to use your electrical expertise to provide high-quality service and maintenance to our growing customer base.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose, repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment on overhead travelling cranes, car hoists and other electrical machinery

Respond promptly to customer service breakdowns and provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services

Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice

Document all work completed and maintain accurate records

Adhere to all relevant safety standards and regulations

What we're looking for

Qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role - training will be provided if no experience

Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment

Valid Western Australian driver's license

Preferably an EWP and forklift license
