The Ideal Candidate:
· Displays a keen interest in Fire Management.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate and leading prescribed burning, fuel reduction and wildfire responses.
· Demonstrated expertise in landscape-scale bushfire management (operational positions).
· Demonstrated strong project and systems-management skills (support position).
· Exhibits strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with precision.
· Ability to support and share skills with a diverse group of people.
